All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars. We accept payment made by Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We charge GST or HST, if applicable, on all Canadian orders.
ORDERING BY PHONE:
We accept Visa or MasterCard by phone to process your online order. Shipping costs and sales tax will be added to the final amount before we finalize the order. Please contact us by phone at (403) 453-0454 during our business hours.
REDEEMING YOUR GIFT CARD:
To make an online purchase using your physical gift card, please call our store at (403) 453-0454 during our business hours to place an order. Please have your gift card number ready (16 digit number on the back of the card). This process is similar to ordering by phone. Please note: Once we calculate the final total including shipping and you have used up the total of your gift card, you can pay the balance of your order with a credit card.
LOCAL PICKUP:
Local pickup of your online order is available to customers during our regular business hours. Once we receive confirmation of your online order, we will contact you by email and then follow up by telephone regarding the status of your order. Please bring a copy of your invoice or quote the invoice number and show a valid piece of indentification when you pick up your item at our boutique in Calgary.
