RETURNS & EXCHANGES
 
The biggest advantage to buying online is the convenience of shopping from the comfort of home.  We hope you are happy with your purchase but we understand that you may want to return or exchange your item after you receive it.
 
RETURNS
To receive a full refund excluding initial shipping charges, your return must be received by Edamame Kids within 30 days of original purchase (date indicated on your invoice). Please note you are responsible to cover all shipping costs associated with returns to our online store. For prompt service, please call us at (403) 453-0454 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. The item must returned in the original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please include a copy of the invoice and reference the RA number. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number or insurance for your return in the event the package is lost or misdirected, as Edamame Kids is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item due to incorrect size or any other reason, your item must be received by Edamame Kids within 30 days of original purchase (date indicated on your invoice). For prompt service, please call us at (403) 453-0454 and you may place a new order for the item you want to exchange. We will ship the new item as soon as the returned item is received by Edamame Kids. You are responsible to cover all shipping costs associated with exchanges to our online store. Edamame Kids is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. It is recommended that you obtain a tracking number or insurance for your return in the event the package is lost or misdirected.

LOCAL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
For your online shopping convenience, you may return or exchange an item at our retail location in Calgary. Please bring in your invoice that came with the package. Returns or exchanges without the invoice/receipt will receive a store credit. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
 
DAMAGED ITEMS
Edamame Kids ensures that our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We reuse packaging material and take extra precaution when we prepare orders for transit. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during shipping after leaving our warehouse. Please make sure that you inspect the boxes or packing material when the package is delivered to you. Please keep all original boxes and packing material as they will need to be used to return all damaged items to us. It is required that you contact us within 48 hours to report any damage to the item or missing pieces to us along with sending us a photo of the damaged item. This will allow us to file a claim and process your replacement pieces. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning a damaged item to Edamame Kids. We will pay the shipping costs to send you the replacement item once we receive the damaged item at Edamame Kids.
 
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Please note that some items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange. Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept nursing bras, nursing pads, undergarments, skin care products, or worn merchandise. All discounted items on sale are final sale.
